Timely maintenance of equipment allows the Client to:

  • reduce the cost of unscheduled repairs
  • avoid the idle time of equipment if sudden breakdown occurred
  • prolong the equipment operating lifetime
  • to increase personnel safety during equipment operations

NEOLAB Service Department has developed a system of periodic servicing of supplied equipment, taking into account technical features, condition and operational hours of the equipment. The most suitable schedule of periodic maintenance is developed for each Client individually, as well as, identifying the scope and the amount of work required for the equipment.

The purpose of maintenance is to save and keep the equipment in good condition and increase its lifecycle. Periodic review of the equipment allows preventing serious breakdowns as well as avoiding costly repairs.

NEOLAB engineers regularly pass training at the Manufactures which is confirmed by the relevant Certificates from the Manufacturers which allows to carry out certified maintenance, providing technical support, and warranty and post-warranty services.

All service works are carried out using original service tools, parts recommended by the Manufacturers.

NEOLAB Service Department has direct contact with the Manufactures which allows us to speed up and effectively perform the diagnostics and repairs satisfying the direct needs and requests of the Clients.
